How do I place an order?
Order through Cater with a Click by following these three easy steps:

  1. Browse our menus and place your customized order.
  2. Register your account online by choosing a login and password.
  3. Store your credit card information for your Cater with a Click account on our secure website. Pay for your order.

Is registration free?
Yes, Cater with a Click registration is always 100% free for our customers. You pay exactly the same ordering through Cater with a Click as you would directly from the restaurant.

How do I find out if a restaurant delivers to my area?
By conducting a search on our website by entering your zip code, you will see a detailed map of restaurants that deliver to your door.

Can I choose the time I want my order to be delivered?
Yes. You can choose the specific time you want your food delivered when you place your order online.

What type of food does Cater with a Click serve?
Cater with a Click offers a wide variety of food through multiple restaurants and caterers. We carefully select best-in-class food providers from your area to offer better selection, convenience and reliability than any single catering or delivery service.

Does Cater with a Click have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. Orders you place through Cater with a Click are backed by a guarantee and customer service to ensure your satisfaction on every order.

How can I change my account information?
Click on [My Account] and select the [My Profile] tab to change your contact information and password.

How can I see my past and future orders?
Click on [My Account] and select either [Past Orders] or [Upcoming Orders].

What if I need to change my catering order?
For changes to catering orders please call 913-888-6655 or email us at info@caterwithaclick.com.

Is there a minimum order?
Cater with a Click's restaurants and caterers specify the minimum number of attendees they will accept for an order. Minimum attendees are clearly shown at the top of each menu so there are no surprises as you make your selections.

What if we have special needs or requests for our orders?
No pickles! No problem! You can add special instructions to every order, and customize specific menu items within that order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If it is more than 24 hours prior to the time of delivery, you will be able to go to your [My Orders] tab and cancel your order. If it is less than 24 hours, please give us a call so that we can confirm your cancellation with the restaurant or caterer. Because the restaurants and caterers plan ahead to prepare your order; there may be a service charge for late order cancellations.

Do you offer breakfast?
Yes we do. Many of our restaurants and caterers offer a wide variety of breakfast menu items.

Is there a delivery charge or tip?
There may be a delivery charge depending on your choice of restaurant and caterer. We will also give you the opportunity to tip when you place your order.

How do I pay?
We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.

Can I set up a business account with Cater with a Click?
Yes. Before you can pay via an invoice you must be approved for credit. If you would like to apply for a Cater with a Click account, please download the Credit Application and simply email info@caterwithaclick.com or fax (913-888-xxxx) the completed application. Please note that approval process requires 3-5 business days, and your order will not be confirmed until payment is arranged. If your order delivery date is within 5 business days, please use a credit card for payment.

Is my billing information secure?
Yes. Your financial information is stored online in a secure, 256-bit encrypted Cater with a Click account that exceeds industry standards and is accessible only to the primary account holder. Credit card transactions are processed through NOVA, a leader in online commerce rated #1 by MasterCard for reliability.
